Pamela Anderson, Alesha Dixon and Craig McGinlay will all join the superstar cast from the world of entertainment and sport at the Costa Smeralda Invitational. The three celebrities will represent The Global Gift Foundation at one the most exclusive events of the year, held at the Pevero Golf Club between the 16 and 18th of June in Sardinia, Italy.
The Costa Smeralda Invitational is a weekend of five-star sport, entertainment, hospitality and charity fund-raising where celebrities meet with world business leaders and VIP guests and this year all the CSI guests will come together to raise money for The Global Gift Foundation, non-profit organization that Anderson, Dixon and McGinlay represent. The charity’ mission is to create a positive impact on the lives of children, women and families who are in need.
Born in Canada, Pamela Anderson had her modelling breakthrough when she was selected Playmate of the Month for the famous Playboy magazine. She then starred in the television series Home Improvement and became internationally well-known for her role as C. J. Parker on Baywatch, whom she played for five seasons. Anderson is also an activist for the animal rights movement.
Dixon started her career as a member of the R&B trio Mis-Teeq, and when the band split up she began a hugely succesful solo career and stormed to fame with a new audience when she won Strictly Come Dancing in 2007. Her second album The Alesha Show earned her a Brit Award nomination and since 2012 she has been a judge on the UK hit show Britain’s Got Talent.
After working as a fitness coach and model, McGinlay started his career in acting and was recently featured in the blockbuster King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, directed by prestigious director Guy Ritchie (Sherlock Holmes, The Man from U.N.C.L.E).
